Who is responsible
CODEVERSE LLC, a company registered in the United States, is responsible for the data you send through this website.
What data we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email and project description. This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking tools.
What we use it for
To reply to your request and, if it comes to that, prepare a proposal. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell or share it with third parties.
How it is handled
Your message is emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery provider based in the United States. The website does not store your data in any database of its own.
File analysis
If you try the data analysis, your file is read inside your browser and is never uploaded to a server. Only an aggregated summary (column names, totals, averages, the trend by period and up to 8 top categories) is sent to Anthropic, in the United States, so its AI can write the analysis. We don't store the file or the summary. You can see exactly what is sent before it goes.
Statistics and assistant
We anonymously count some actions (for example, how often the analysis or the calculator is used) to learn what is useful. We use no cookies and don't store your IP. If you talk to the assistant, your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate the reply; we don't store the conversation.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and afterwards only what the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. If you are in the European Union, you can also file a complaint with your data protection authority.
